It is our policy to collect only that personal information (such as name, address, e-mail) which is volunteered by our visitors. Our web server does not automatically collect any of this information. It does, however, automatically collect information pertaining to the way visitors use our site (such as time of visit, number of pages viewed, etc.).

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site and to respond to visitor inquiries. It is also used to inform visitors of new services, special offers, and noteworthy news that we feel our visitors will find valuable. All visitor response forms connected with this site ask if you would like to be added to our mailing list. Should you wish not to be added to our mailing list, simply click "no" when submitting the information to us.

We will not sell or rent any information about our customers to outside companies. We may, however, share customer information with our member organizations. If you do not wish your name to be shared between these arts groups, simply click "no" when submitting your form.
