TIX Online Terms of Service
Tickets are sold at half price plus service charge. All sales
are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If the performance
is canceled by the producers, you will be issued a refund
or an exchange, at the producer's discretion.
No phone
orders for half price tickets. All sales must be processed
through a credit card. No checks, cash or gift certificates
may be presented at the theatre upon arrival. No exceptions.
Once at
the purchase page you will have five minutes to process your
order. If you take longer, or attempt to hold seats, your
order will be cancelled and you will have to start over.
Purchase
is complete when you receive the confirmation page on your
web browser. Please note: some shows sell out. If the performance
you wish to attend sells out, your order will not be processed.
This will be determined before you enter your credit card
information.
Print
out and present your confirmation page at the box office "will
call" window along with photo identification. The theatre
box office staff will present you with the tickets you purchased.
Will call takes place approximately one hour before curtain.
You will
be required to enter the correct billing address for your
credit card (where you receive you credit card statements).
If the information presented at the time of purchase is found
to be fraudulent or incomplete, your order will be cancelled
and the credit card used credited back, even if you get
a confirmation page! Ticketmaster, at its discretion,
may choose not to refund service charges or handling fees
charged. If an order is cancelled for fraudulent or incorrect
information, you will not be able to purchase tickets at half
price at the box office.
The number
of tickets available is limited and determined by the presenting
organization, not ARTS TIX staff. Ticket availability is not
guaranteed for all shows listed.
Reserved
seating is assigned on a best available basis.
Tickets may NOT be exchanged for a different location at
the theatre. Some theatres assign tickets at the box office
when you arrive. In these cases, you will be given the best
available seats at the time you arrive and should not consider
this to be open seating.
