Volunteers help the more than 150 arts organizations in San Diego survive and thrive. They work tirelessly behind the scenes as board members, fundraisers, committee members, ticket takers, ushers, costume makers, set design workers, and envelope stuffers.

STAR AWARDS honors the work of over 20,000 volunteers in our arts community. Those who show exceptional dedication are selected to receive the prestigious Star Award.
