Facilities Engineer

The Birch North Park Theatre seeks a skilled individual to fill the position of Facilities Engineer.   

Responsibilities:

To coordinates the cleaning and maintenance of the Birch North Park Theatre, including offices and theatre facilities and to performs other related maintenance work as required while under the supervision of the Theatre Manager.  Perform custodial duties in a safe, efficient manner, and inspect interior and exterior of buildings and facilities for appearance and cleanliness.  Oversee inventory of bathroom products and the disposal of waste and recycling.  Ensure that equipment is properly maintained, replaced, and available as needed.  Lifts and carries supplies and equipment which weigh in excess of 50 lbs.  Prepares and maintains reports and records of maintenance issues.

Qualifications: Three (3) or more years custodial experience in commercial, industrial or public agency, performing the full range of custodial duties, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.

Pay: $12 hourly
